You can use anyone’s account but you would have to get an affidavit stating that they will be your legal sponsors. It most be stamped. You can get this from a court.

Yes you need a police criminal record check. I didn’t need it when i initially applied but the second time i reapplied, i got one.
No, the bank statement must not be from your parents. It can be from a sponsor but an affidavit stating that your sponsor will be sponsoring your whole stay in Canada must be issued and attached to your application.

hi Leah, no I didn't specify that because my first program didn't need a co-op but if your program requires a co-op, you don't also need to specify during your visa application. I didn't apply for a work visa, I applied for a study visa.
It took me 3/4 weeks to reapply.

Thats goodnews Louis. In my case, my agent told me once they approve your medical exam, there’s a 95% chance you’ll get the visa. So I’m hoping that’s the same for you😊

No I didn’t go for an interview. Concerning medicals, there are specific hospitals/clinics that handle that. So you’ll be told where to go

Yes. It should be legally signed and stamped by a notary.

I also got refused and they gave me two reasons... It was so devastating and emotional after all the work put In.. I gave up that was my mistake.. If only I saw this video earlier.. Am thinking of trying again..

Hello Nneka, please for home ties. I have a sister and her family, they are based in Canada Edmonton, I applied for a study visa before and I was denied due to POF. Please when writing my LOE for a new visa application, should I mention my sister or should I skip it since it was not mentioned in my first application.

Let me help you, just apply to go to school for now and leave the rest to God, let God direct your path. You can live anywhere and make a living and live a comfortable life once you have education.

it means they rejected you based on the main reasons you gave for coming into the country. it could be for study, work, tourism, visit etc.. hence why there are study, work, visitors and tourist visas

No I didn’t need to defer my admission as I reapplied after 1month of my refusal.
I had my visa rejected. Reason being i did not disclose that i applied for USA visa and got denied 4 times (2017&2018). 2nd reason is that they are not satisfied that i will leave Canada after my studies. Can you help with information that i need to re apply. Do you think i can get the visa if i apply again?
That’s sad. US and Canada are closely linked (more like brothers and sisters). So they know basically everything you do.
I think you should reapply but it isn’t still assured that you’ll actually be given. You’ll just have to be hopeful.
When reapplying, give them a tangible reason why you did not include that information and assure them that you’ll leave afterwards.

English proficiency will depend on the school you are applying too. some schools don't need it while some do.
