Also this segment seems to want every single piece of checked luggage to be checked by people. Who the hell would really want that to happen? It takes 2 hours to get your checked baggage currently at LAX sometimes . How long do you think it would take if they had to do it for all the checked baggage? And who is going to pay for the manpower the airlines already charging almost 70 dollars to check luggage.

Not really. A weak border that lets money, drugs, and weapons flow through like rivers is the problem. Legalized weed in certain counties in California have a Cartel problem from illegal weed farms popping up all the time. So even if its legalized, a black market still resumes.
Big pharma is just as bad so that solution doesn't really work either.
