And indeed it is hard to express what does that mean. It seems to me that if person A goes back in time then he is now in a time where, at that time, he did not exist, therefore he cannot interact with any object or person, all he can do is observe. Likewise people in the time he goes back to cannot interact or even observe him, because in their time he did not exist. The age-old questions related to killing your own father cannot happen. Therefore, we could be surrounded right now by time travellers watching our every move and we will never know it and Hawkin's party could have been a huge success and only he didn't know it.

I would say a big problem is, if i would travel back in time, then i would do that to change something. And if i would change this in the past, my present myself would never travel back in time. thats the biggest issue with time travel.
Unless the multiverse system exists instead. Then we'd just need to hop from one universe too the next. It would also open up the possibility to see every outcome of a single event.
It wouldn't stop you from going back in time, it would create a new timeline. And a multiverse basically could be responsible for that.
Well we can have two solutions to your problem.
1. Multiverse: When you travel back in time and change the past, you just opened a new timeline. The "original" timeline which you came from is unaffected by the decisions you made.
2. We only have one past, and you travelling back in time to "change" the past is actually a part of the past. In other words, there is only one timeline and everything is fixed and you can't change anything.

Time dilation does not exist. What's perceived as time dilation is just technical or physical discrepancies caused by gravity or speed that affected the clock (nothing to do with Einstein's relativity). Time has passed exactly the same amount for both the person on earth or the person traveling on the space shuttle.
Hence, time travel is not possible in any manner or direction. Time is absolute and is not related in any physical way to space or speed.

Time machines already exist. Just get on a plane, or become an astronaut. You'll be a fraction of a second younger than everyone else, making you a time traveler, by a machine. Also, these "ufo flying saucers" and "greys/little green men", if there even real, are likely evolved human beings from the future, traveling in time machines or "flying saucers", that can make impossible movements and speeds, by bending the time, space, and reality around it.

I think it somehow is. There were many reports that people from past (years like 1900, 1800) have appeared in future. One time a man (sorry, I dont remember the name) appeared on a road, and he got got smashed by a car. He looked confused, and police discovered he got clothing from years of 1900-something, and they got also known that during his walk around the town, he hadn't came back. Some people just saw him disappear. There were many speculations that it could be time holes (or something like that). It's when you go to a place, and it just takes you to the future, or past.

I kind of have a theory or whatever about this (could be dumb). I don't know if anyone suggested this before but here it goes.
You can actually travel to the future if you go as fast as the speed of light, or at least the fastest you can go. Einstein's classic thought experiment involves sitting on a train traveling at the speed of light. So you need to travel in space in order to travel in time, and it depends on the velocity. When an object is at rest, its velocity is 0, and when it's traveling to the future, its velocity increases. In order to travel to the past, you'll need the velocity to decrease, then it has to be of negative value, and that, for as much as I know, is impossible.

Strange Antagonist it is impossible to travel back in time other than with worm holes. If you went through a worm hole safely to a new point in space and time going back through the wormhole would bring you back to the point in time you left, but no earlier.

If you go the the very south pole, you can actually time travel due to different time zones and because all the lines of longitude (I think) connect at that point. You could hop from today, into yesterday and then into tommorow! Crazy!

Even if time travel was possible, if you do something in the past, it won't change the future, it will just "create" an altered version of time from action you did in the past, being apart from the one that was not changed. So in other words when you do something it stays there

People have accidentally time traveled in real life. Falling through what we call fissures in time, in particular areas at specific moments. There's a story of a young couple driving down a road saw a flash of light and suddenly a building that wasn't there before. Everything in the building was what it would've looked like in a different time, currency and such matched this and even the people walking into this hotel. When they left and tried coming back they couldn't find any trace of that place exsisting. Meaning. They fell through time.

We couldn't time travel through a wormhole because you wailed have to go to the place you want to go to first, but a space coil could be used
Ah, time travel. It kinda feels fun, but also likely to be risky.
Why is it risky? I'll list the cons.
1. Paradoxes. Interacting with other living beings will change how the future will become, and possibly in a bad way.
2. Even if you were to simply interact with nonliving things (even a rock), this may lead to a paradox. Maybe not in a bad way, but who knows?
3. Confusion. Because of those paradoxes. I can't explain it, but it will be there.
I believe that its only possible to travel to a dimension where everything is the same but time started later so it looks to you like youve travelled back in time
