Time is measured as the period between one event and the next. If a dimension had no time, that would mean there were no events happening. Basically, everything would be in stasis. The person inside would have no concept of, well, anything. Essentially not even alive. The person outside would see the pocket dinension as completely unchanging while their world went on as normal.

Sand is made of minerals like crystal,rock,dust,dry dry dry dry dry dirt, and also masses
Its solid, there is just large groups such can flow. The grains are small chunks of rock, crystal, and dirt.
Sand doesn't "flow" like fluids, it just has really tiny particles that can be moved altogether. Each single grain cannot flow.

What would happen if we would have a Dimension which has no time like a pocket dimension or somethin like that so how would time behave for two persons one inside the dimension thing and one outside

Time is measured as the period between one event and the next. If a dimension had no time, that would mean there were no events happening. Basically, everything would be in stasis. The person inside would have no concept of, well, anything. Essentially not even alive. The person outside would see the pocket dinension as completely unchanging while their world went on as normal.
