great work. i allways felt the highs in 906 were absent and replaced the front satellites with a pair of pioneer hifi speakers that had tweeters and that changed the quality of sound A LOT.
Now its equally balanced I guess. Cause as you know, Logitech series(z906, 5500 e5c) were good for mid and low frequencies. Adding twitters, you just solved there unbalanced problem man. Hats off 👏👏👏
nah im in a small bedroom and I have both the z906 and z623's hooked up together and I think they sound too flat. They definitely lack high end, even with treble turned all the way without distortion, I cant do that though. Leave them flat with bass frequency tuned, and surround and crystallizer on. (using the creative zxr btw) Tried on motherboard audio, which is 32bit. Dont really know which sounds better, they both have their faults.@@FoxAlky

z906 can handle 4 ohms minimum for each satellite channel. Wiring 8ohms and 4ohms in parallel is equal to 2.6 ohms, which is way bellow the minimum. The safest max volume you can play is 65%. You may experience distortion beyond that, hotter backplate, or blow a fuse, or worse, fry the amp.
I've adding tweeter too.... But for what it's worth, changing the default cable far more makes the difference. The default cable isn't good enough. Change it with cooper cable... Walah... You get yourself some audiophille speaker, with proper good cable. Thus every cable have their own characteristic.
TV is small for the room, install projector with sound transparent screen & if you set the front speakers to earlevel you'll get better treble without additional pioneer speakers.

@@MrTDXXII Instead buy jbl 2.1 or 5.1, it also produce deeper bass and sound is very clear. Logitech has very deeper bass but you can't hear all the notes clearly. Jbl also produce deeper bass with crystal clear high notes.

If you connect a capacitor in between you will get fix 4 ohms
