technically EVGA Rtx 3060 ti can support 4k resolution on your TV, but you may need to adjust some graphics settings to get the best output. You can also use NVIDIA DLSS to improve the performance of games.

He is using a Frame Generation Mod. In 10:04 you can see how the DLSS Frame Generation Opcion is in RED, NOT greyed out, as it should be whit a 3060 ti. Frame Generation it is only available in 40xx series graphics cards. This also explains the high frame rate and low power consumption.
