As it stands, I think both FDs are just meta atm (the FD Type R moreso, but the RS is still very similar in performance iirc). Though of course, each vehicle will likely have a niche they're good at (i.e. the N/A Tuned S30 being the top dog of Momiji Line DH, but sort of being average elsewhere).
