To me it looked like Wetteland did graze him with his glove from the other camera angle. If he didn’t than it was so close you can’t really blame the umpire for missing that one. Plus he did step out of the baseline to avoid the tag with his right foot. So it was still the correct call even if Wetteland missed the tag.
