the only difference is the minit imbales dont have snare wires and the snare has snare wires but the cool thing is the snare is usable as a timbale because you can push the snare wires to either 90 degree 180 degree or 270 degree away..
@@DavidKrautscheid Thank you for the reply, so I should probably just go for two LP mini snares, 6 and 8 inch, and tune them accordingly for much more sounds?
@@N0Camping4U yes why not? they are extremely percussive and have a nice tone no matter which tuning they are in. and naturally you can use them either as a timbale or snare depending what you play and how you want to use them. they can be really great integrated into so much different rhythms grooves and beats its just fantastic but only then when you find the right timing and the point when you orchestrate them in your playing. just take the chance and try them out i just cant recomment them enough even if i am not an endorsee of any brand that i play. its just my personal opinion that i find them great, easy to use, and vesretile and nice sounding
no its at my home and yes it sounds like a marching bad snare cause i have tuned itz as high as possible and its allmost in the same pitch range as those marching band snares that i looooove!
@@velvetroom5767 well for me its always the lp cause i never played the tama ones and honestly they look really cheaply made but if you cant decide which you want i would encurage you to go to a drum store and try both out or buy both and decide for yourself which one is right for you.
thanks for watching!
