Amazing. Discovering amateur astronomy visual observing while....observing the sky. This to me shows that people are approaching astrophotography just for the images and not the curiosity of the night sky. I'm glad you've discovered visual observing. Binos are a great all around piece of gear, be it for some more casual astronomical viewing or SHTF scenarios.

The more I use them, the more I like them. The red dot finder actually helps quite a bit!

Anything becomes heavy if you hold it up in front of you long enough. These weigh 53oz (1503 g), if you try to hold them steady for extended periods, your arms will eventually start to shake, and you will not be comfortable. CS!

I think it's pretty good for the price. There are low dispersion ED glass models that cost much, much more and give you much better views.

@@Felldisulfide A makes sense. My binoculars just arrived yesterday and they"re great! Bought them after your review. But my fiancé said she felt dizzy after using them. It's her first time and I'm thinking maybe she just needs to get used to it but idk. What do you think? Is that normal sometimes? The width and focus were just right but she felt dizzy after she said
