Can we use 16*50 for astronomy. Plane spotting is my hobby and it seems 16*50 can easily handle it except the weight of binos. Let me know how's your experience with it
@@Pracitcalscience what is FOV. Also I want to know that some people have said more the magnification lesser the light to the object is that true. I mean it will magnify the object but there will not be a good amount of light gathering. I am going to use binos mostly for astronomy and for plane spotting.
@@Pracitcalscience Alright.. I guess buying 16*50 nikon binos would be good option. Hoping I can handle the weight of it and hoping it would be better than 10*50
At first, celestron optic quality is not good as compared to nikon, secondly 30x zoom with 50mm objective is too much. In my personal opinion, it's better to avoid 🙏
@@Pracitcalscience ıt says that the svbony sv 28 25-75x70 telescope has a 75x zoom, but in the videos I watched it is not that high. How much do you think it actually zooms
If you look at your video, maybe the magnification is not 20x. Because there is a zoom pull via smartphone that is around 30% bigger or more. So maybe around 45x
There is only 1/2mm difference between the two exit pupils, but to me the mountain looked much further away than 5 miles, Plus I'm not sure which Nikon binoculars they are, but the Nikon glasses generally have Bak4 prism and Celestron only have Bk7 so this is not a good comparison.
After seeing your video i Purchased Nikon Action 16x50EX and i am very happy with it

Nikon 16x is good for astronomy as well as normal use, but still if you like greater FOV, try 10x50🙏

Nikon looks clearer...less blurry
Great video. Thanks for this!

Found a channel worth watching with respect to Optics/binoculars reviews!

Muchas gracias por el video! Nada mala la imagen del celestron por ser 20x 50 ! Saludos!

Which is better nikon 16*50 or nikon 10*50
Also is pentax better than nikon binos
In my opinion, nikon is the best. 16x50 or 10x50 is according to your choice 🙏
@@Pracitcalscience Thank you. I have heard more magnifying brings less light to the object. Is nikon 10*50 good for plane spotting and astronomy
Yeah, 10x is good but personally I like 16x🙏

For the first time felt Celestron better ...left side mountain was a bit blurry in Nikon ....
Very good! Nikon better than celestron
Completely agreed sir 🙏
how to track the distance? do you used any apps on phone?
Is this binoculars very good? Would you recommend it?

You can definitely go for Nikon 🙏

Di indonesia belum ada toko jual tripot sedang kan saya belum punya tripod nya bagus saya pengen punya.
What about celestron up close g2 16x32 ?? Is it any good?
For 32mm objective lens, 16x magnification is very high. In my personal opinion, it's better to avoid 🙏
It's decent because it's Portable and it is good getting 16x. The images are dim tho@@Pracitcalscience

According this videos, I saw Celestron G2 20X50 have little blurring than Nikon 16x50, isn't it? is it because 50/20 = 2.5 exit pupil?
