This looks like a $10k consulting fee for an entire accounting setup, not recurring bookkeeping services. I can imagine it would be difficult to find the volume of clients to maintain that stream of income. Separately, if this were $10k/mo for bookkeeping, what would the target client be? It certainly can’t be someone with 10 properties cash flowing $1k/mo - that would be their entire cash flow. Who is the investor with a $120k/year bookkeeping budget?
Hi Ian....you are 100% accurate...and I apologize for the confusion. This would not be the same client paying $10K per month. It is actually not too difficult to find the volume of clients willing to pay $10k for a thorough setup. These "setup" projects should be a tool in your arsenal...in addition to recurring bookkeeping services.
