Your air filter change technique is far better than just trying to cram the filter through a tight gap without making more space. I found my filter wasn't seating correctly using that method and then I came across your video. Thank you.
Thanks for the videos. Could you answer a question for me please, just had my XFS oil and filter changed at garage and was invoiced for 7 litres of oil but it’s only showing 3 quarters full on dash same model as yours. Keep up the videos.
Mine needs 7 litres as well, but then it's full. Sounds like your garage didn't fill as much oil as they billed. Make sure to check the level when the engine is completely cold and on a level surface to be sure.
Thank you! If your car hasn't been used in a while, chances are the battery is a bit weak. A weak battery can trigger fault codes, even if there is nothing wrong with the car. Try driving it for a while or do a full recharge or maybe the battery slowly but surely has reached its end of life and needs to be changed. I had warning lights coming on randomly last winter and then decided to replace the battery. It was still the factory unit from 2009!.
Hi there, many thanks for your reply. I will certainly try that. Very helpful thanks. Infact, I also, I have a DPF warning light. How do I sort that? Maybe some sort of girl additive is needed. I think? Please let me know
It needs a 15 min drive on the motorway / consistent drive between 70 and 120 km/h to burn out the DPF. Read the manual, that's where I found out about it. 😉

I have a DSC warming. The car has been sitting for a while. Not sure how to sort this issue?
Great videos by the way!
