- Welcome back to the series where I customize and review OG, and older DLC Vehicles from late 2015 and older that I was never able to make videos on. The reason I make these videos on these older cars is to provide my opinion on how they currently stack up to newer ones in-game. And ultimately, help you better decide on whether or not you should buy them when/if they go on sale.

The "salty rod" livery is a nod to the Bonneville salt flats race cars.

One car you should redo is the Pfister Neo. I know it's electric but it actually looks good for being an EV.

Vapid Hustler is such a underrated car

Vapid Hustler reminds me of GTA LCS Thunder rod
It's closer to the GTA SA Hustler or Hotknife
But they're all vaguely similar
How about the Riata? It's honestly one of my favorite Off-Roaders in the whole game.
Paint it white n hit the highway OJ style. The model is new but still a Bronco.
This is another one like the Hermes that can have almost any build an look killer. Great car for cruising.
Next DLC we NEED a off road version of the Hustler based off that off road Chevy from the new Furiosa film.
I'm sure they could add a bunch of customization options for that and maybe even give it some Arena War style weapons like a mounted machine gun or something.
We NEED more hotrods like this in game. Rockstar should give us a hotrod dlc. Where we can actually own a hotrod shop. That would be really really. Rockstar we NEED a hotrod themed DLC for crying out loud.

I’ve got mine in an old racer spec with a worn color and all. I absolutely love it and it sounds so damn good.
The Coil Cyclone should be next
the hoods on those cars opened up like the falcon wing rear doors on the Tesla Model X it was hinged down the center and flip upwards and the side panels lifted straight up and stayed vertical while the horizontal part of the hood would go almost vertical when fully opened. a lot of hot rodders would either remove those side panels or the entire hood assembly making the engine fully visible.
The rumble seat detail is so cool. I remember that I know what they are because my grandma actually used to ride in them when she was young.
The stock brakes on this actually work better than the upgrade according to Broughy
My dream car! I own two I’m the game with and without fenders. Without fenders looks better in my opinion. A true hot rod build.
My one grievance with this car was always that you couldn’t really make it look stock from the 30s because of the “stock” hot rod fenders
this is easily one of my favorite cars in the game
You should start a series where people submit their builds and you rate them. I know it’s similar to the car meets but those are restricted by what platform you’re playing on

It would be cool in GTA 6 if we get real old cars like this and under the brakes mods we can switch from drum brakes to disk brakes and that would be the excuse to get way better braking power
Love the Hustler, haven’t driven it in a while because I’m usually driving what I’ve recently bought (which as of now is the Coquette D1 and the Envisage, love those cars), but I’ll definitely make sure to take it for a spin here soon.
This is also one of the very few vehicles in the game that actually has a gas cap/door
I wish we got different car exhaust notes, like I really like the sound of the hotknife from gta sa, or the saber turbo from vice city, just has that v8 pipes sound 😃

You might've done this already, but how about the Vysser Neo? It's a beautiful car in every aspect to me (Especially the wheels and front) and performs very well for its class, underrated in my opinion, I'd recommend doing it

I believe car addict. Has the same color crew and tire smoke as my crew. The darker black crew color is connected to the patriotic smoke crew smoke if no one knows about it.

The salt stuff has nothing to do with snow it's referring to the Salt flats in Death Valley which are a huge part of CAs racing history

Hopefully R* makes improvements to customizing vehicles, would be great if it were Forza level but wish something close. It’s annoying that upgrading brakes doesn’t feel like it does anything, like the rat truck where it has non-existent brakes even maxed out.

The big problem with this car, at least to me, is that fuel tank in the back, wish we could remove it, maybe put it inside the trunk, idk, its very ugly without the fenders

When i bought it, i thought the car is a sport classic but it turns out that the husler is in muscle, like why? The car will be good in sports classics, and i don't like it been in my muscle car specific garage it looks weird their.
such a shame we cant remove the roof to go for a roadster build but its still a great car nonetheless
