Not at this time. It's not in my budget, unfortunately. I am watching your videos. I love them and they help me stay focused. I also watch interviews and videos by the wonderful doctors and some others that are also supportive of this lifestyle. And books, books, books! I read and listen to them daily. I've always been interested in nutrition but, even with the knowledge I had, I let myself get in a terrible place with my health and nutrition. Stress (and food bullying) is a killer. I started keeping track of what I eat on December 18th. I added in the heathy foods until (now) that is all I eat. I do not weigh and measure my food unless I'm eating a condiment or something outside of the "green or yellow" foods on the calorie density chart. I do not keep noncompliant or trigger foods in my home. I don't weigh myself often just enough to document my progress. I'm just under 5'6" and so far I'm down a little over 25 pounds from right at 230 lbs. on December 18th to about 203 lbs. today, February 28. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and for being a wonderful inspiration!

(I'm 17 years old, 174 cm, 56 kg) I have lost 20 kg restricting my calories on a hclf diet. will I maintain my weight switching to a whole plant food diet slowly increasing my intake ? what should I do?
A weight loss plan called Slimming World in the UK (now in some parts in the US) suggest using instant mashed potato in place of a traditional wheat pizza base. I was a little horrified at this at first (instant mashed potato is highly processed and usually high in sodium) but if it works for some people to keep 'on track' with this plan, I guess it can't be so bad :)
