I dont know if it was the camera angle or not but the intake porting inside the block looks different on the 2104 from the 2103 right above the rear bearing🤷🏿

Question , I’ve been running FX 5 ports for years , some modded some stock , Question is , since you have ran the 5 port Fx how does the 2103R stack up vs the Fx in terms of power and rpm ? I know pipesets play a major part but what’s your thoughts ? This wouldn’t be for a track rig more so a play rig .. on a golf course 😂. Golf course is king daddy high speed bash environment btw and it’s my back yard so I have unlimited access to it . Holla at ya boy . Next time you are in Fl lll I’ll introduce myself and pick up some fuel

2104 has a steel insert on the backplate for better wear resistance. Nova did this a while ago but they did it a bit differently
get you some of the boost backplates makes a big difference

They raised the boost port a couple degrees and added some crank timing on the 2104. Nice..

The 2014 has more internal cuts in the housing to aid in flow efficiency. It’s better ported in the housing to feed fuel better to the sleeve.

On the B2103. There are two dots on the right side of the intake port. The B2104 has it on top of the port.

On the crank I see a difference in the orange bung/plug. Angle looks different
Casesc are different, see 10:58. Left has cutings above the main bearing, right has no, little orv different cutings above the main bearing.
I use a harbor freight screw gun and I pig tailed the battery pack. So now I charge it with a quick charger. Like a receiver pack.
just a guess on the 2103 the dot on the carb could mean its a version 1 carb and the 2104 with the 2 dots is a version 2 carb
You can see the window timing is different between the cranks
