    Great stuff, my front rack is limited due to mobility. Favorite lift is the clean.

    Thank you. This is great stuff. Wrist pain prevents me from doing barbell cleans and thrusters. I hope this advice will get me there!

    Love the mobility video! Would love to see more. My favorite lift is the power clean. I love being able to bring all that weight up off the ground!

    I really appreciate learning more than just what the form should look like. I had heard the key here was mobility of shoulders scaps and wrists. I had no idea how to improve to get the form I wanted. Truely. Thank you.

    What I you are unable to keep a full grip on the bar and have it sit on your shoulders? If I don't roll it onto my fingers I end up supporting the full weight with my arms.

    Thanks for this video fellas. I'm new to crossfit and I have pretty large muscles so I have low shoulder mobility. So am definitely looking at things I can practice to get that shoulder mobility I need and want.

    Not everyone can grip the bar while resting it on the shoulders especially is squat position.
