$100 for a Triple Strike is not a good incentive. Some Candlepin Bowling tournaments can give at least $1,000 in bonus money for Triple Strikes. In my home town, Halifax, Canada, one Candlepin Bowling on their local television network used to give $500 CAD for Triple Strikes. One person in that show got a Triple Strike, notable Lorna Laybolt.
Oh wow, that's the same bowler that had probably the luckiest duckpin strike in history, didn't know he competed with Candlepin too!
