It's very boring if we just spend days on daily quests without daily events, weekly events, etc. When the daily quests are over, players go offline, the town gets quiet and your game seems dead.
-->As a suggestion:
1. Add mounts such as war horses or dragons etc.
2. Add ability options to pets that players can get from farming and make crafting slots for pet abilities, that way players don't focus on crafting for themselves alone.
*For mounts you can adapt from Drakensang Online because I have played it for more than 7 years.

If you raise the rune levels to 45 I'll quit. I can't even get 1 character to have all rune levels 40. How can I start a 2nd character when I can't complete the 1st?!?

going from 30->40 is not even 5% more damage in most cases. max level runes is a luxury, way more important to awaken.

With adding another act can you please shorten act 11 and 12 a bit..takes ages to complete..OR make a skip campaign mode because i really hate this over n over !
They are shortening acts 1-5. Act 12 is fine. Act 11 is too long.
