      If you want to sell to a customer who is locked in with a competitor for X years, simply offer to deliver for free for those X years. In that way you get the relationship now, get to charge in X+1 years etc., and have not wasted your CAC completely.
      This has to be designed and fit to your situation and cost structure - e.g. you might still want to charge for onboarding/migration, but only offer the core license for free @summerrain3713
