Dark Sakura's ending: She teleports in, poses with Akuma, and the two leave with Ashura Senku. Kei follows them while telling Sakura to wait up, and sometimes she falls down while chasing the two. Mech-Zangief's ending: Zangief is headed back to the Capcom universe, but is embarrassed about his current state. However, he shrugs it off, and decides to use this new form of his to help his homeland. Shadow's ending: His battery dies, which segways into Bison's ending for this game (however, by the events of Marvel vs. Capcom, he's back to normal). Also, I find it strange how Sakura managed to befriend Ghost Rider's sworn enemy (no, I'm not joking, on Fandom's wiki site for Marvel vs. Capcom, it says on both Sakura AND Blackheart's articles that the two are friends).

I had fun re-listening to it for some of these videos. I’m glad this game is finally getting some love with the MVC2 Arcade 1UP. This has to be the most overlooked of the VS games. The Saturn import and Arcade 1UP cabs have been the only ways to play this game outside of emulation.

To me, it seems apocalypse manage to capture akuma in this game or at least based on x-men vs street fighter. He then reconstruct akuma with boosting machine energizing his satsui no hado and there he goes, cyber akuma with empowered every messatsu version

Well, that ending in particular is a flash forward, so it make sense it uses the 3rd strike Ryu as he is recalling the persons he met in this game.
