Under the sweeping Environmental Protection Agency rule, the seller’s disclosure of the presence of lead-based paint is required. Moreover, real estate agents have responsibility for ensuring compliance. This is a legal component to the contract. If you are missing the lead based paint disclosure for a home built on or before J1 1978 the contract is void.

This says you need 53 correct to pass for Colorado, but I am pretty sure it's 56. I took the test last month, and for state, I got 52/74. And I got 70.2% a passing score is 75% For the national side I was 10 points behind. So I was close, but no cigar. 😢 This was my first try. Hopefully, I get it the next time around. I will try again soon.
Next go around you got it Eric! The last PSI bulletin from the Colorado said 53/74 needed to pass. I believe the national you need a 75% , while Colorado is a little lower. Now they are always making changes & the new bulletin isn't out yet. When is the next exam?
