@10:57. The client and the principal definitions sound the same to me. The principle is in a contract which is a signed agreement yet the client is in a signed agreement

i passed my state test and failed my national a couple of days ago, im gonna retake it sometime next week and ive been trying to find my best way in studying. these videos are very helpful i like the way the instructor teaches when studying for my national exam are there any other videos or anything else you can recommend while studying just for the national part

You must not making money. Between the government screwing with interest rates, and the NAR screwing up buyers agents ability to get commission other from the buyer who is scraping by to pay closing costs! Worse field to get into. Too many agencies with their hands out trying to take your money in a form of dues that give you nothing in return!

I just wanted to let you know, i had passed the national with a 90% but missed the colorado friday by 2 questions. I found your channel saturday, retook the state tonight (monday) and passed! I went from 11 out of 24 on contracts to 20 out of 24 and that got me the passing grade! Thank you so much for your videos and im so glad i found your channel. I know you always ask what a persons next steps are. I actually work in timeshare and do virtual sales, but i needed to get this license to be able to move to denver to be with my girlfriend and work from home. You helped make a dream we've been working for the last year on come true.

Everything I am seeing says you need 60/80 to pass national and 54/73 to pass state, however I have gotten a 75% on the national test twice this month and I failed. Did the passing score just recently change?
