I totally get not putting Sensei's Diving Top in there for budget, but you got Volrath's Stronghold in there chief
True, I forget it is expensive sometimes because I have one I got from an old friend that stopped playing. I also proxy some cards as well.
Stronghold is also cheap on mtgo lol plus it can be swapped for a swamp at no cost, where the top I'd have to suggest a swap for it, etc.
