Thanks for the detailed video! I will have to replace the head against the glass (is cracked and very noisy) without removing the engine in my GT85... and it will help me with the first steps.

Thank you!!! I am replacing my EGR tube since it cracked and it is impossible to screw the bolts into the manifold side of the tube so I am going to remove the intake manifold. Anything I have to watch out for when I reinstall the intake manifold?

The vacuum lines are very delicate if you still have the plastic ones. Be gentle and patient. There’s also one under the Plenum that will break easy if you don’t remove it prior to lifting the intake plenum. Let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck 👍🏻

@@PhillipsVision Yes the vacuum lines are original and they look like they are about crack. Once I get the plenum off I will see what lines I need to replace. Before I put the plenum back on, do I have to buy a new plenum gasket or can I just put it back together as is?

crustygymshorts if the gasket looks good you can reuse it. They can break easy so be careful

Not sure, that was a while back. Just search “Fiero GT Upper Plenum Gasket” and you’ll find it
