When I started closely monitoring my thoughts, feelings and desires and rejecting all the negative, depressing, destructive ones in the name of Jesus with patience and persistence, my life and health gradually changed for the better. My faith and joy also increased.
Amen ❤ I’ve struggled with being lukewarm anxiety and panic,,I decided to dedicate time to prayer and bible reading consistently and little by little it’s going away and I have a deeper awareness of Gods presence…Thank you Jesus ❤

Jesus had to remind His disciples to have faith. Nobody is perfect.
But you can have a “perfect” heart bc your heart is after the Lord.

Amen! Your human, as long as you reach out to Him, He will speak to you....ask for peace and direction, He shall direct your ways.....
This is what I’m experiencing. I actually feel overwhelmed but God said to trust him. I thought I was being abnormal, trusting him and feeling anxiety. Thank you for this video. I was asking God why am I still feeling anxiety.

Veronica, I myself overcome anxiety for 3 dreadful seasons. 2010, 2015, 2022-2023. Doctor said it is G.A.D. and mixed with depression most of the time. There is nothing wrong with your faith, in my case, the fact the these battle cause me to get on my knees like there is no more tomorrow with my unceasing prayer, weeping in God. Yes, have the doctor and the medicine. I will also pray for you. You are not alone in this battle. Declare always Isaiah 43:1. God sees us, sister.

My case is much difficult it is Chemical imbalance. So when problem arises, it intensifies.

I was one of those desperate people. But God will make a way I didn't expect. Doctors and medicine helped me, but only 50%; the rest was up to me.
Hear this. I encountered and baptized by the Holy Spirit during my relentless prayers, and my hands began to shake uncontrollably. I was shocked and amazed. Healing came gradually. It started in 2010 and returned from 2015 to 2022. But I continued to fight. It was an exhausting battle.
Here's what I did:
I sought out people who were even sicker than me, helped them, supported them financially, and prayed with them. I used my mental illness as an opportunity to boldly pray for others. Don't get me wrong; this emotional turmoil actually motivated me to pray more fervently for others with tears. This approach aligns with the Bible, as stated in 2 Corinthians 7:10-11. It's a powerful motivator! God watches over His people (Psalm 33:13).
Surround yourself with true believers in the church, and share your struggles. Sometimes, the only people who can truly understand you are those who have gone through similar experiences. Don't isolate yourself!
Yes, there may be times when no one seems to care, but God does! PRAY and WORSHIP the Lord! He definitely sees you!
I have a similar testimony to Evangelist David Diga Hernandez.
Bro, you will overcome this. I believe Jesus definitely! definitely! will heal you! Seek out anointed men of God; they are called to pray for us as well." I will include you in my prayer time! Expect an answer!

The Bible says be not anxious for anything but by prayer, supplication & thanksgiving. Anxiety may come but it' a choice we make not get anxious rather to pray & make our requests known to GOD. And allow HIS Peace to guard our hearts & minds. 🔥

Just trust in Jesus because he is not trying to exploit your weaknesses to make a fast buck nor is he self projecting or going by trends or guessing. Jesus knows for a fact who you are and what will happen, all we do is hurt ourselves when we don't decide to have the mind of Christ!
We can get worried and scared but we also can surrender to the most high and obey, choose what it will be and if you make the wrong decision then pay the price like the rest of us!

Now I have a hole the size of a quarter in the top of my foot and a split between my toes.

Get your vitamins and minerals checked. Quite often, anxiety and/or depression are caused by vitamin D and magnesium or other deficiencies. At least rule that out.
As well as chronic conditions like POTS and MCAS.

Please make sure you're not dealing with a chronic biological condition esp if you feel physically weak a lot of the time. Dealing with life in a weakened body can then cause things like panic attacks. POTS is one such condition that can make you feel that way (there are others), however it's a biological disease...just one that doctor's can't yet explain the cause of yet.

I have anxiety and also struggle with depression. That does not define me. I am a Christ follower. I also have hypothyroidism and hashimotos which can cause depression.
