Awesome video!! I love how you included instructions on where to launch and how much it costs. As someone who is aspiring to go on more adventures I found it helpful. 😊
We loved our trip to Silver Springs this year! The kayaking is beautiful and it is great to see all the animals in nature. It is one of our favorite places we have been :)
I have kayaked a few times with gators but I have not and probably won’t use my SUP. The gators didn’t bother me but when a snake came towards me I screamed !😂
I'm still getting used to paddling with gators. They are incredible to see but also a little scary! Have you ever been paddling and saw one swimming?! I've only ever seen them chilling on the bank or a log. Snakes in the water are something else! 🐍😳
@@PaddleAdventurer I have not had one swim towards me just chilling. Ive mostly kayaked in the springs so fewer gators, the manatees are awesome to see while kayaking!
3 months late but! I got out this weekend on a river here in sask, water was low less then a foot in some areas and pretty cold to, BUT SO WORTH IT, missed being on the water.. hope you had an eventful winter, can't wait for some more summer paddling videos!! (I saw your "coldweather" short, bought myself a lvl 6 black odin, love it so much, kept me nice and warm when I went for a un-expected swim!)
I'm so glad you got out again! Well done on investing in some gear to keep you safe and warm. Thank you! I still have loads of editing from videos over the fall and winter and fun plans ahead! Enjoy the spring paddles; they are some of my favourite! 🙌🏼
Silver Springs is an awesome paddling spot; highly recommend! The gators typically mind their own business and there are lots of other folks paddling but if you aren't use to them they are freaky! This was my second paddle seeing gators - super neat but also a little scary still. Lots of great manatee action in the winter. 🤩💙🥔🐊🦅
Silver Springs was incredible! So much wildlife and beautiful water colour. Yeah gators are a little freaky but they typically mind their business. Check out the video of me paddling with them for the first time. I was scared! th-cam.com/video/dzsYNnSOaD4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-2XUzOMXwO027Dh_
I’m about to get my first paddle board soon and I’m curious about which camera(s) you use that is waterproof? Also I love your videos they’re so scenic!
Exciting! You're going to have the best time. I have a blog with loads of details on this however it is a little out of date and on the list to make a video. paddleadventurer.com/capturing-content-while-paddleboarding/ I now use the GoPro 12 with the Max Lens Mod 2.0 and Insta360 X4. I have these and the accessories for them in the Amazon Store - Capturing Content www.amazon.com/shop/influencer-81f28593 I hope this is helpful! Thanks for watching and commenting. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Man i remember going on a field trip as a little kid back in 2004 it was way better they had giraffes zebras and a lot if cool animals and it was so packed you could barely get around
Would you paddle with alligators? 🐊🤔
Nah, anything could happen
@@HumanSevils 😆 You are visiting them in their home, that's for sure!

@@elaineparker1458 I think that would be super freaky. Agreed! Manatees are always so wonderful to see.
Happy adventuring!
Looks like a lot of fun! But count me out for the Gators!
It’s an amazing place to paddle but lots of gators 🫣🐊 Equally neat to see and a little scary!
