When Flash scanned Hero's main at 6:45 that was practically game over. At 6:45 Flash scanned both natural and main and realized Hero switched to lurkers. He immediately canceled one turret production, started Factory add-on for vulture upgrades, and Marines headed to Hero's third who would otherwise be guarding Flash's base from mutas. Hero successfully defended his third and natural but his lurkers did nothing but defending his base and when Hero took down all harassments at 10:10 mines were already laid in the field and Flash got his third. From then on Flash always got the same number of bases as Hero (in T v Z this is a huge advantage for terran) and the sheer number of mechs flooding out of Flash's base steamrolled Hero. This is why Flash is so good at this game, he knows exactly what to do in any kind of situations.
Thanks for casting, Falcon :) Man, this match just showed how imba 20+ tanks are. No breaking through them in a million years, even with ultras and dark swarm.
flash has ice water for blood i swear, he is always so composed and never panics and just leans on opponents and just when you think he is going to lose he completely turns the game around, it must be frustrating playing him
No worries about the slow exposition when opening the show, There’s not much to do in the beginning anyway. You more than make up for it with the enthusiastic commentary in the late game when things get crazy. Another awesome cast, thank you.

I notice you don't cast that many mirror matches, especially zvz which is a shame because these matches are so interesting to me. If you'd post more of those I would looove that ! I really love your channel since there aren't many people doing BW english casts these days. I thought I'd share a few thoughts that you may (or may not) finding interesting/helpful. Early on, Hero is planning on going mutas and flash anticipating is going with fast valk build with port before e-bay or academy. Zergling sneaks in gets scout on this, hero realizes and switches to lurkers not wanting to send a control group of mutas into a group of waiting valks supported by marines. He gets the first two scourge rather than mutas to counter valks not drops as you said and goes straight into lurkers completely forgetting about muta harass (at least for the moment....) This is a pretty good idea imo to counter flash's build. Ended up not mattering in the end. The terminator is hard to take down especially when you waste resources on guardians and throwing ultra into massive tank lines. Maybe slow down a tad during your casts. That might allow you to pick up small details like this. I really enjoy the casts but often details like this or small engagements/drops get missed. That being said, it's easy to get caught up in the moment when casting/watching these games so no big deal. Just providing a suggestion or two! Theses subtle details are what make BW so much fun to watch (at least for me) and often can be deciding factor in matches. Keep the BW casts coming, love 'em! Broodwar forever
Are we ever going to have a Starcraft movie? With the entire game series plot and ending between Jim and Sara in the bar, would be EPIC. Just powerful. Samir Duran too.
LOL the weird thing is that effectively against Goliats Guardians have less HP the Mutas, because Mutas take half damage from Goliats but Guardian takes full, but their HP number is almost the same.
I wonder why don’t zerg use some protoss-like tactics against mech, e.g. zergling drop in place of zealot drop, plague instead of storm. I have a bit of a feeling zerg players became spoiled with the viability of attack move swarming, and when the situation becomes more dire and more micro or clever tactics is needed, they cannot react quickly enough and keep sending zerglings into oblivion by too many tanks and ultras straight into spider mines.

Btw. Just a quick question why don't Zerg players use plague against Terran? Those huge blobs of Siege tanks are just asking for it sitting there - Defiler has infinite energy any way.
Guardians are heavy artillery support, basically Zerg siege tanks. Imagine if he had that guardian flock backing up his ultra/ling offensives. The tanks would've been utterly crushed with no answer unless Flash made tons more goliaths or wraith/valk, none of which help much against the ultras.

Well, if you spread the mutas so the AOE damage of the valkyrie is negated, it helps a lot. I'd guess maybe three.

Guards was a mistake. Better more mutas and ultras. He spend so many gas for guards =(
I think better micro could’ve saved his guardians, but he kind of all-ined them to get that command center.
