What a darling cottage!! Nicely maintained and just big enough to be comfortable in without a lot of housecleaning needed so you could spend lots more time outside. The property is so serene looking and peaceful. Absolutely wonderful!! Soooooo very much wish I could just pack up and move here.

I think it would take the next owner a year to figure out what they have in the garden. The little house is very cute, could be very pretty, the living room is a decent size, but the garden - whoah - so many sheds I was finding it hard to keep track. A great pottering about place!

i love the cottage,l love that little river....but i wouldn't like the flooding, when having heavy rain.
it is a lovely little place,that garden looks huge.
One side of the stream lays low so in the winter it is possible that there will be a bit of flooding but not the house side. It is a stunning garden and setting :)
Probably moving because they are exhausted taking care of it all!! Lovely area though, Large family would come in handy.
The gardens are stunning here and have been created from scratch over the last 22 years. A real gardener's garden :)

Looks like that river could pose a serious issue if a flood came along.
There is an effective lock system in place but yes, a Mill is nearly always in a flood risk on the environmental reports.
