Great guide, i've been enjoyign meurta support.
One thing to mention - try ghost sceptrer. Meurta can attack even when in ghost form so its quite funny to trade with right clickers down to half hp then pop it. Plus the stats are nice and as a support its generally a good item.

Does dead shot actually make the enemy move faster? Or are they just unslowable while they’re feared, and moving at their normal movement speed? I can’t seem to find anywhere where it shows them moving at increased ms
