Been running my 570 for 5 years on the Hatfield McCoy trails and no issues, and I ride pretty hard. Great trail system

I swapped out those bushings on the rear sway bar on my 1000 by getting two of the ball-socket style that are on the lower links and fabricated a u-bracket that bolts to the bar for the links to fit into.

We've ran Red Line Water Wetter for years in the race engines. It works, same basic magic as the Royal Purple Purple Ice. It has to do with breaking the surface tension of the coolant to allow it to 'coat' the system surfaces more for better heat transfer.

On my Sportsman XP 1000 I replaced both say bar bushing with the Energy Suspension Red End Link Grommet Set 9.8105R then the for the bar bushing that has a grease fitting is the Energy Suspension 9.5165R - Energy Suspension Sway Bar Bushings
Then put a piece of hose with a hose clamp on inside of both bushing will stop it from sliding back and forth.

For 11k you should not have to do shit to that machine but ride it and enjoy it,Fuck all the BS mods etc I'd take it back and buy a grizzly and be done with it

I just bought a 2014 scrambler 1000. I didn’t know the issues till after I bought it. I bought all the parts Cecco offers.

Purple ice is just water wetter aka surfactant. Redline is what you want for the price and you could also just add a cap full of dawn dish soap for poor man's water wetter.

Riding two on a one up machine for that many miles at a time is probably the reason your sway bar links and bearings are going bad.

Water wetter is a much better product by redline . It cools temperatures very well

Odd you have all those issues with less than 1,000 miles. My 2017 850 SP is near the 2,000 mile mark and has had none of those issues at all. And if your honest about how you ride it then I ride mine much harder than you. Although I am like you and do not sink mine up in the mud, but I do trail ride very hard and even jump mine quite often. I live in South East Kentucky so the terrain here is pretty much identical to the Hatfield and McCoy trails too.

I ride my 570 like you, but I do also mud and all the bushing and barrings are shot and suck the air filter through the motor multiple times

Tbe sway bar issue is normal. Tbe bushings are fine. Gotta, pit clamps on tbe bar to keep it from sliding and hitting the shock

@@pnwdweler4100 Compared to a 850 twin lol yes it is underpowered, suspension is stiff for sure and due to the IRS it has a tendenacy to raise straight up coming up out of ruts or steep hills.
