The round potholes in the Oyster river on Vancouver Island are a beautiful and unique geological phenomenon. A stunning swimming hole of crystal clear water and a fun river to paddle, my brother and I float over these formations in our packrafts. This is a really gorgeous spot.
Major thanks to Kent for helping record the shots in this video.
Thanks for watching!

So awesome to see that! I've lived on the Island a long time, I need to start exploring more of it😁
There's so many hidden gems, you never know what's around the corner!
Wow, absolutely stunning place.
Yeah, it's a wonderful spot.
Great video. Thanks for the float. Drone footage is fantastic. Seems like its a must have for such quality videos.
Thanks! Yeah the drone here really helps capture the perspective from above to see the potholes and river formation in a way that you can't from the riverbank.
Beautiful video Luke and Nina.!:)
Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing and putting together such a nice composition
This channel is sooo underrated
Thanks, I appreciate that!
What a beauty river run. 👏Thanks for sharing. 🇨🇦🤙
I grew up on this river. Spent every summer in it. Before the hwy was ever built. I had a friend that drove his truck off the first logging bridge you went by.
You should check out the quinsam pot holes
What a great dog!
She is the best!
Another one for the ol bucket list!
Well done!

That was beautiful scenery.
Super nice!
Stunning. Proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. Is the river source mostly snow-melt? Springs? Thanks, Nina and Luke.

I visited this spot couple months ago, it was amazing! Wished the water was warmer for swimming
Yeah it is not warm water, that's for sure
