I wanted to kick 2025 off with a bang.. So here we go! This is one of my favourite innings and definitely one that is very special to me as it was my first century for Kimbolton CC.

Its always nice to get a big score and help your team win a big game. It's also bittersweet when you do get a big one and the game ends in a "no result". Well played, big lad!
I remember a game we played over here in South Africa back in (I think) 2009. It was a grudge match as the last time we met they barely squeezed past us, but made a huge deal about it...too big for how it happened. In that return match, we ended up scoring 239/2 in 29 overs (11 overs to go) before the sun disappeared and a cloud break occurred. Before covers could go on the pitch turned to sludge. The match couldn't be finished. We were devastated. We got serious revenge in the 2010 season though...posting 349/8 in 34.5 overs (games reduced from 40 to 35 overs). Yes...we declared with one ball to go. We skittled them for 120 odd.
