If the other countries did the same we would get rid of the scourge of ball tampering. Then we can start on the issue of throwing the ball which India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan all struggle with.

I'm sri lankan but i disagree. He may had his issues but this incident is not something no one should point fingers at him. It was allowed in the rules. This so called ' spirt of the game ' is BS. If something cannot be done. then Make it illegal. Simple as that. He applied for a rule, the ICC created, they let him have it because it was the law, and then even ICC was like, that's disgraceful. Referees should have done a better job by checking Matthew's time. Which they didn't.

India needed 1 run to win, the No-Ball gave them that so as soon as they achieved the target, the ball becomes "dead", i.e., no runs or wickets can come off of it.
@@cern.athat makes no sense to me because if it was in the middle of the innings would the ball become dead, no it wouldn't. They would have added 6 runs to sehwag's score and 7 runs to india's score.
