    Awesome video. I like what you said about relying on inspiration, I think dedicating time to sitting down and writing whether you feel inspired to or not is the best way to write songs. Sometimes the very act of just sitting down and focusing on writing a song can bring on inspiration!

    I definitely think how I am feeling has an impact on how I write my songs. That can be a good thing in some situations. I actually just wrote a song about anxiety. My week was a bit overwhelming.

    That's why I like Digital Audio Workstations; such as Ableton LIve, Ableton gives you the freedom to save "ideas" and "scribbles" that can be then fleshed out into finished songs.

      I didn't realize that Ableton had a "scribbles" section; I love that! I've used voice memos and notes for so long that I've gotten into the habit of meticulously organizing everything into folders.

    In your honest opinion why is song writing plays a huge part of the song writing ✍️ process and also why are album 💿 are viewed as a big story and the number like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,and etc as your chapter?

      I don’t know if you are still looking for an answer or not, but April actually has a video on her channel about how to write a song if you don’t sing or play instruments (that’s literally the video’s title). That might be a good video for you to watch. You can also be a lyricist too (someone who only writes the lyrics for songs).
