So I’ve come to this play through to help me with my first ever Ark play through. I don’t understand how you’ve got so many engram points 😣 I’m really struggling with that.
It's all in the server setting. Vanilla you don't have enough engram points to learn everything. Which is a struggle and a pain in the butt. So on pretty much all servers we have and on syntacs servers it's adjusted so you have enough points for everything.

Ok so i was messing around in my single player server and found out there is a creative mode and turned it on to see how far u can get in this game and I glitched the engrams so now I have all engrams unlocked at level 14 XD

I’m planning on getting this game and was just wondering how the save feature works. I mean like if your on a pvp server and leave the match can another player destroy your base while your not playing? Great video btw
Ill admit I've been playing for only a few weeks, but it saddened me that you spent so much time looking for the smooth rocks that were supposed to give some metal, while the whole time you were running past piles of the sort of rock that gives you a lot. Even when you mined it and got half a dozen it didn't seem to click. All of that being said, I am most definitely going to be continuing to watch, because I have no idea what to do past the point I am at now. :D Keep up the good work.
I played for a while after Beta, but had a non gaming boyfriend so I stopped playing for a while. I want to play again, your guides have been very helpful in showing me what has changed and reminding me how to play 😁
Your tutorial really helped. I just didn’t gather enough hide to make a bed at night so ended up having to wait with a tourch until it was day so I wouldn’t freeze to death.
Thanks for these. I recently got into Ark thanks to a meme video and the first episode helped me to get started. I only just started watching past episode 1 but I'm playing on SP to get into the swing of things and I have been able to get as far as reaching a cave and gathering a little crystal, and even taming a sarco and a bronto

A great strategy is to build a raft then build your base on it you can put a total of 9 foundations if done right but I recommend 8 so you can get into the driver's spot easier
Skipped every cluster of metal rock. So those little clusters of black rocks, along the beaches and especially abundant on the peninsula hosting Stonehenge (South beach 2 - easy), will give you larger amounts of metal when broken, with a metal pick. 👀 It’s entirely worth spawning there and risking the Sarco spawns.

While not in large amounts, the little blue rocks found in small patches often have a bit of metal, and respawn fairly quickly

The little piles of rocks that are clumped together, can be harvested for metal, you get a little more then the big boulders.
I think river rocks are better

The tiny rocks on the beach that you mined towards the end tend to give a decent amount iron as well

So i managed to make a bed, but how do i sleep lol. it only has the option to fast trav, demolish, pick up and rename
There’s no actual sleeping in ark it’s just so you can respawn at your base
i actually reccomend using reusable items mod so that when u lose a spear u still have it in ur inventory
