My wife and I saw this Rv in person at Giant Recreation World in Ormond Beach , FL ...I decided to detour on our way home in Jacksonville from her Doctors appointment three months ago... I went inside and told them what we wanted and at first the man said we don't have anything , then he said let me look at our inventory list and he saw this. This unit exceeded our expectations. It had a love seat in place of the desk... We prefer it like that in this model...We were sold on the rear Livingroom . One thing I wish the unit had is a 3rd gas bottle. The all new Jayco Pinnacle has the 3rd 40 lb bottle. And now features full body paint.......We are buying this model after my wife gets her accident settlement Next December 2025.
We absolutely love this floor plan from Riverstone. You didn't show the extra storage behind the TV in the rear living room. This is one of the best things about this unit.
We bought a Riverstone in Sept 2019, and full time travel in it. It’s the 39RKFB with the rear kitchen. It’s very infrequent that we have any items shift, but did have to beef up the lock bar for the fridge doors. We just bought new tires, and had the wheel bearings replaced this winter, but other than that, very few issues. We’ve had it in winter temps down to sub- zero and heavy snow, up to very 100, and the insulation plus 2 fireplaces keep us warm in winter, and the 3 ac units have no problem keeping the temps inside comfortable.
Like the paint theme. Like how they separate the kitchen and living room. It amazes me that some of these RVs are some price or close to it in buying a house. True RV is like a second home or a main home for people but still amazes me with cost of the RVs
Something I would really like in all of these trailers is that the bed be on a track that you can pull it out away from the side cabinets and be able to make the front part (the head) of the bed easier.. Especially for older people that have back problems. Otherwise I love this trailer set up.
This could’ve been so cool! Dump the table and the desk in the kitchen area there’s a large TV in there, but no comfortable place to watch it. Put two more sets of recliners in there for a total of four. Now that would be good. If you need a place to write get a TV tray!
JD I think you say you hand out a best in show sticker, I would have to hand out my first "damn," sticker. That's all I said watching this. Loooove it. I'll buy it when my name pops up in the mega millions haha
I love the color inside, I don’t like when they have a lot of contrasting colors. This is a blank slate, perfect to personalize with whatever colors you like to make it your own. I think it looks great.
I love almost everything about this rig❣️❣️ I have to disagree with you about the kitchen colours as I think only contrasting the island looked really good. I will, however, agree with you on the pantry shelving. The ability to customize shelf heights is a “must have” and because a lot of us gals are on the more ‘compact’ size (I personally prefer the term fun-sized for myself, but didn’t want to offend anyone) we need pull out shelves. I don’t want to have my hubby have to reach for everything for me - manufacturers need to keep US pint-sized ladies in mind. The pantry is really the only thing that I didn’t like. I would need it completely re-jigged just to make it functional, but the rest of the rig looks pretty awesome to me! Hugz from Canada’s Arctic❣️❣️
I really love this layout. The only thing I'd change is to add a shower in the extrabath and get rid of the TV in the kitchen. I'd also add the sliding shelves in the pantry and the deeper storage in the bathroom. I like the idea of more contrast in the kitchen. I love that dishwasher! I also love the quarts and real stone used in the kitchen and bath. Love the living room with the Eurolofft! Thank you, JD, again for a great RV tour!
That living room is awesome, especially with the drop down bed! Very cool. I see what you mean about the kitchen, there’s almost too much white. It would have been nice to have half the cabinets one color, the other half another. But this is something that I could live in happily!😊
This is very nice and I can see myself towing this behind my 3/4 ton srw, oh sorry, lol I meant, my 3500 dually, but I’m like you if it would had a little more color in this it would have stand out more, so let’s hope that Riverstone is watching and reading the comments. I love the floor plan, it’s a little different so I can see myself buying this for sure just wish that you were able to cover more of the outside but thank you for sharing.
Floor layout is amazing feel like it’s your home feeling. Nice that the living area as a bed comes down for extra guests to sleep. Pantry needs pull out drawers plus some adjustable shelving. The lower kitchen cabinets been all the dark wood uppers keep white.
Love the Riverstone products. However, as a full-time remote worker I have been looking for a coach with a "real desk," not just a token micro-desk. If they made the desk more simple to remove and place a standing desk, I would jump at it. I love the full-profile of the Rivertstone...
We love the colors. Not a fan of dark interiors. Please share with Riverstone: OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS they are putting out. Keep it up. Thank you for sharing these videos JD.
I disagreed on the contrasting tones. Pure white looks better than anything because that way you can decorate with whatever color you want. Now the island being darker is fine, but any more dark than that would be no for me.
Hey JD, I hope you're having a great day! I'm like you, I love the Riverstone442 MC fifth wheel! I like them because of the quality an construction of them! They have the thicker side walls like a home an better insulation in them. The living an kitchen area I would want the desk where the dinette is an a theater or tri-fold sofa where the desk is. Plus I would want a electric fireplace in the master bedroom along with the one in the man cave! I kind of wish it was two full bathrooms instead of a bath and a half. I would do away with the tv in the living an kitchen area so they could do a full bath in the man cave room! An does this Riverstone have any heat-pumps built into the AC'S? I wish they wouldn't have used so much white on the inside of it. I feel like it makes it a sterile environment with all the white! If I was to get this unit I would upgrade the solar and the batteries in it plus add a generator to it so I could do more off grid living! Thank you JD for showing us this Riverstone an the upgraded things that they have done.! Your number one fan an friend Leonard from North Carolina!!!!
This RV costs more than our house did. That’s even after the $60k+ discount. Crazy what inflation has done to with that said… it’s very very nice and I want one lol
I like the Riverstone Legacy's. I want the 42FSKG. Hoping you get a chance to video one. I LOVE the interior. I'm a modernist. I love monotones, metal finishes and glass. I don't like wood tones, whether light or dark.
Not a fan of the light interiors (I have a toy hauler). We still go camping, not glamping, and the darker interiors don't constantly look dirty (like a friend complains about with his light interior trailer). The bathroom is nice. Only thing I would change on mine is to have a walk-in shower instead of the tub/shower. Besides the colors not being my taste, that is overall a very nice unit/layout!
JD, it looks like the slide box floors are composite instead of that cheap chip board. Can you please confirm? My last Forest River (not Riverstone) slide leaked and the slidebox floor needed to be replaced.
I disagree ! I like the white ! You can add your own color with accessories and kitchen appliances . Not everyone likes brown ! The industry needs to get away from the dark browns ! I would add some blue or red items ! It is a nice rig !
I agree that pull out drawers in the pantry would have been nice. I really wish RVs would start to come out with some sage, olive or blue hues in cabinetry. I agree that the neutrals lose character and to me they look too much like a dentist office
First comment; slow your panning. I have commented before, watching your tours on a 65" tv I get motion sickness plus you pan so fast things get missed. There was a spot in the living room i almost tossed my cookies. Anyway the all white is a bit sterile, and the bed in the living room is cool except that big cable loop on the right, that is such an eyesore. They have beautiful cabinets and furniture then you have this ugly black cable loop sticking out. They need to fix that. Otherwise sold.
This is probably the worst River Stone 5th wheel I’ve seen from them. Don’t like all the white, it looks like a sterile room. I like front living room floor plans where it’s separate from the kitchen, yet it’s still somewhat open, but don’t like this floor plan at all. I know others like this RV, so to each their own, but I wouldn’t buy it if it was $90k as I’d hate it. Too bad as I really like most of their 5th wheels.
Not amazing at all really. Too choppy , the retractable bed not only looks like it would block air conditioning vents but also looks useless waste of space. I could list a couple of other things but I won't as this is just one persons opinion. Not for me.
My wife and I saw this Rv in person at Giant Recreation World in Ormond Beach , FL ...I decided to detour on our way home in Jacksonville from her Doctors appointment three months ago... Love the color scheme. Tired of dark. Love it
We absolutely love this floor plan from Riverstone. You didn't show the extra storage behind the TV in the rear living room. This is one of the best things about this unit.
I love the colors. It's one of my favorite Riverstone color themes that I've seen thus far. Is very clean and classy.
Agree. Inside needs contrasting colors. Looks like it would be hard to see the TV from those side recliners. Agree it needs the pullout shelves.
You missed the storage behind the tv in rear living area. They do have another color to choose from vs the white. I like that floorplan a lot.
We bought a Riverstone in Sept 2019, and full time travel in it. It’s the 39RKFB with the rear kitchen. We upgraded to a used Riverstone last year from our Coachmen. Love the build quality, but it is definitely a heavier unit.
I love that the colors are white! I just love how bright it is.
Dark wood is tired and depressing. Love all the white and color of sofas.
Yuk, Ya like hospitals or what?
Like the paint theme. Like how they separate the kitchen and living room. It amazes me that some of these RVs are some price or close to it in buying a house. True RV is like a second home or a main home for people but still amazes me with cost of the RVs
Depend where the home is. A 2k sq ft 3br house here in Vegas is over $400k.
The average price of a home in America is 450K
I absolutely love the layout of this unit-if I was in the market for a RV, I’d snap this one up in a heartbeat!
Something I would really like in all of these trailers is that the bed be on a track that you can pull it out away from the side cabinets and be able to make the front part (the head) of the bed easier.. Especially for older people that have back problems. Otherwise I love this trailer set up.
This camper is amazing
I’ve always absolutely loved the riverstone. It checks all the boxes
I prefer the darker colors personally. Lovely 5th wheel though.
This could’ve been so cool! Dump the table and the desk in the kitchen area there’s a large TV in there, but no comfortable place to watch it. Put two more sets of recliners in there for a total of four. Now that would be good. If you need a place to write get a TV tray!

Absolutely love the livingroom being separate 👍🥰 I would buy
If Brinkley gets the Award Call it “The Brinkley Star”.
If I was going to have a base camp this would be it.
I think I would have preffered a counter/bar with stools in the slide instead of the desk/dinette
This is very nice and I can see myself towing this behind my 3/4 ton srw, oh sorry, lol I meant, my 3500 dually, but I’m like you if it would had a little more color in this it would have stand out more, so let’s hope that Riverstone is watching and reading the comments.

Yes pull out drawers are nice, but you lose storage space.

Woah, that’s an interesting living space with that bed in it !!!
We love the colors.
Not a fan of dark interiors.

What a great rig. And love that the color palate is light/white. So tired of dark wood interiors in RVs.
I disagreed on the contrasting tones. Pure white looks better than anything because that way you can decorate with whatever color you want. Now the island being darker is fine, but any more dark than that would be no for me.
That is a super heavy 5th wheel.
Well, that one get's my vote!
Absolutely love this unit!

Beautiful RV. My only real issue is the half bath in the living room.
Stunning unit, why at that level of luxury it wouldn't come with a MORryde pin box.
Looks like a mobile doctors office
I love the rear living room. Just wish the main shower was bigger because I’m a big man.
As heavy as that is, you would think they would’ve been smart enough to put a gooseneck on it.
So, this thing is for camping? For getting in touch with nature? For enjoying the great outdoors?
I like the Riverstone Legacy's. I want the 42FSKG. Hoping you get a chance to video one. I LOVE the interior. I'm a modernist. I love monotones, metal finishes and glass. I don't like wood tones, whether light or dark.

Looks like a lot of fun. Love the back living room/drop down bedroom. Could be great when having college aged kids
JD, it looks like the slide box floors are composite instead of that cheap chip board. Can you please confirm?
My last Forest River (not Riverstone) slide leaked and the slidebox floor needed to be replaced.
Missed the storage behind the TV in the MC
I prefer more white on the interior like this unit has
Very nice 😊
Is that a kitchen or a stark operating room? Speaking of the kitchen...can ANYBODY build one without the toe breaker slide???
I disagree ! I like the white ! You can add your own color with accessories and kitchen appliances . Not everyone likes brown ! The industry needs to get away from the dark browns ! I would add some blue or red items ! It is a nice rig !
Love this. ❤

Nice layout. Too much white for my taste. More of the dark wood grain doors/drawer fronts would have helped.
The clean interior is perfect to my taste. Dark contrasts cabinet would draw too much attention and make it look as an afterthought.
I don’t think this decor is too plain. I like that is up to me to set the accent colors.
Definitely would need a 4500 dually or bigger lol
Giant TV in the kitchen area with no comfortable place to sit?
Always liked Riverstone but this model has a few issues. One it's to white and sterile. Two is lacks adjustable shelving. Last no Gen Y hitch.
Really nice unit . Only wish bathroom little bit bigger for this price point…
Dang! Cost less than my 30 Foot Airstream. I am not interested in pulling a house down the road though. This might be good for full-timers for sure.
Instead of the infinity light, I would like a better kitchen sink.
Riverstone vs Brinkley Are they comparable?
Should have had , an optional shower/ tub!!
Some nice
Exterior walkaround? Way too white kitchen interior.
I love this trailer, but can't afford the Kenworth it would take to pull it.
Like it RV
Take. My. Monnnnnneyyy
Not a fan of barn doors. Pocket doors allow for more wall space, fewer pinch points.
Yeah that won’t leak
First comment; slow your panning. I have commented before, watching your tours on a 65" tv I get motion sickness plus you pan so fast things get missed. I don’t like going into all walls and no windows. It feels closed in.
I don’t like the color of the sofas in the living room area. A light or dark gray would’ve been much better.
Only saw one bathroom and it was small. Something of this size should have a bath and a half. Don't really care for the layout.
Graphics are waaaaaay too busy. Looks gawdy IMHO.
Most 1 ton trucks cant tow this monster.
No ero loft. I would omit that. You can't hang long coats in closet. It's a no
Quality is crappy at best, you need to review that.
RV getting a bad name for bad frame design & stuff not put together right at the factory & so on
This is probably the worst River Stone 5th wheel I’ve seen from them. Don’t like all the white, it looks like a sterile room. Disappointing unit for the money.
