I will tears down and feel sad when I listened the mission "NEON TOMB" and "Elephant“ 911 calls every time. It made me feel that I really want to bring order to chaos and save the victims. VOID's voice actors did the nice job to make this game more realism and nice atmosphere just like classic game SWAT4.
Christ….Listening to these calls in the game actually made me shed a tear. The gas station call with the manager made me cry once he started screaming or something as the call ends. We know it’s him because his body lays lifeless at the back. Jesus some of the 911 calls in the game like Elephant made me cry the student praying before the shooters come in and shoot her. Props to VOID for their talented actors who devoted themselves to this game.
That Elephent mission really hit me in my nerve. I'm currently a teacher and I'm unmarried so my students are like my kids, and I don't even know what might become of me if somebody shoots my students like that

they're taking the politicians' family hostage. they're members of the Left Behind. an extremist group hellbent on taking down Senator Fremont due to him cutting funds for veterans.
So I'm pretty sure what's going on is that the body guards for Fremont's family had either gone rouge or they had connection or were part of the "Left Behind" group and were planning on killing the family.
