This series will forever be so ICONIC. To hear that there was a lot of improv, esp surrounding the comedy scenes makes me smile so big and wide because some were literally LOL moments. Kate said it well, that it this was like a time capsule. In hindsight, the series was very progressive in topics and diversity/representation but none of it was contrived, so it never felt disingenuous. It felt authentic. I was also so amazed at the roster of guest stars who were well established but were so willingly a part of this series, not afraid of stigma. As a fan, watching it in real-time, it's amazing that in 2024 we're still grappling with the same political struggles, or they regressed (sadly). In addition, as someone living in multiple cosmopolitan cities during the airing of this series, the "girl scene" then, seems something more of nostalgia given the impact of social media. Meaning, there were more venues, public spaces for a sense of community. I wish today's youth had the opportunity to experience the same. I truly appreciate the commitment these actresses dedicated to the series. Their impact is profound. You can tell they hold it dear to their hearts as well.
This was the most amazing show ever! I am binge watching from 1st to last season and can't shake the emotions. In last episode of season 5, when Bette walked into movie premiere with Tina and danced to Isaacs Hayes' "Walk on By", it was sensuously mesmerizing. I LOVE these women!
This interviewer was so absolutely god awful. Painful to watch honestly. From the very beginning she just tried so hard to be funny and not one of her jokes landed and she was SO dismissive of a lot of their answers and would jump to totally unrelated topics and not let them finish their thoughts at all. Couldn’t stand her but LOVED LOVED LOVED the cast being together again and their chemistry all together is so beyond incredible, you could tell they were so thrilled to be in the same space and going down memory lane. I miss this show every single day.

Poor Eric barely got a word in. He seemed shy but I feel like the interviewer should have directed more questions to him to include him in the conversation more. There was a golden moment when everyone was talking about love scenes and then another when they were talking about working with Mia. No questions directed at Eric. :\ Overall though, I loved watching this. Definitely interested in hearing more from Marlee!

And not trying to be fake or trying to be something that they were not. Especially loved watching this show and I was just hanging out at home cleaning or working on projects or doing my own thing. I've always been a big fan of Jennifer Beals and I just fell in love with all the other girls I saw them for who they were and love the personalities. Never cared about their sexualities
Disappointed Mia Kershner wasn't included. She made "Jenny" so fun to hate and her scenes were hilarious. Its like getting the cast of "Dallas" together and not including Larry Hagman.
Strangely Jennifer and Laurel didn't look at each other in eyes especially Jennifer Beals looking all the time in other direction...looks like they're avoiding eye contact
That's only your point of view. They just aren’t as close as Leisha and Katherine for example and they’re soooo different in private live (I mean their personalities are much different).
