That's a good point about being a C student and being more well rounded... Gotta be okay with failing, documenting your failures, hypothesizing new processes to fix failures, and testing them out.

Matter of fact have you ever heard of the w-8ben form and the W-IMY form there may be one more form the W9 it just depends on your business structure but the w-8ben is used for LLCs trust and business entities which creates a payment withholding up to 30% each entity holes 30% of cost and each account so that I can be that $100,000 house that's 60% plus your escrow that's 15% so you say about 75% of cost withholding whatever's left that is the cost that you pay but not only that the bank will pay the remaining cost because you're operating in a trust which is called a business Trust and it is a unincorporated business which is controlled by the board members within the business
have you got a $300,000 property each one of us should be able to get 300 people that we know and they can invest $1,000 a piece we do not need Banks just like you said banks are just to keep you stagnant they do not help us achieve the goal that we need to achieve we can become our own Banks
