10:07 Ahh..! A proper lift with Bostwick scissor gates and the unbeatable thrum of a great motor. Full of no nonsense analogue honesty. The good ol' sort that sounds like you could fix it with a spanner, rather than a degree in electronics.
I'm probably well wide of the mark, but it reminds me of sixties TV dramas when they gave you the feeling that all was right with the world!
This hotel was always full of airline crews, especially American Airlines ones. I remember that the lifts somehow instantly took you straight back to the 1980s.
This guy has been going for so long and his videos are still great even after nearly a decade and a half

That orange thing at 23:15 swings the other way, so it's a barrier to stop you falling from the first floor but when put it in its other position a reach truck can put a pallet on there from the ground floor

The orange metal thing up on that level you went to via conveyor Is where stuff is forklifted up and or down, and closes like a safety barrier.
