I'm a new listener to tricky and I think the thing I like the most about him is that I don't understand him. It's not that I don't like him. It's not a simple like or dislike. Every song sounds so different from the next, and I don't know what his role is as a performer. It's just intriguing, and I dig the first album so far.
Get into the first few albums dude and then you'll be hooked. The guy is a specialist taste but it's so fulfilling if you can dig it. The guy doesn't stay the same. Ever. And boy has his music got me through some hard times. Peace brother.
