The eight original compositions that make up Elixir show off the evolution of a group that puts a special emphasis on the melodies that they interpret, which often have a pop flavor. At the same time improvisation remains an essential element that defines this project.
This group is highly balanced between the distinctive individualities featured in the formation;Txema Riera, Miguel “Pintxo” Villar, Jordi Matas and Marc Cuevas, all of whom are distinguished musicians who share a dedication to communicating through their passion.
Elixir - Mula vol 3 is an album that refers to all that is cured in those who live surrounded by music. This applies equally to those who make it as well as to those who listen to it. One only has to stop and listen.
