Description : Vazhkai is a Tamil Drama Film. Sahasranamam comes to a village. He deceives Draupadi and has physical relationship with her. After going back to his home town, he tries to marry Vyjayanthimala, who loves Ramachandran. Draupadi discovers she is pregnant and goes to meet Sahasranamam, who pretends ignorance. She jumps into the sea in a suicide attempt. A passerby saves her and she delivers the baby. She leaves the baby with Ramachandran. He takes care of the baby and faces a lot of problems. - บันเทิง

வாழ்க்கை..was a milestone picture..I liked the scenes in which Sarangapani, T R Ramachandran and vyjayantimala were appearing but would like to avoid the villain S V Sahasranamam and the lady whom he promises to marry etc. but I liked the fisherman who saves and takes care of her and also the Doctor who saves the child by infusing the blood of its mother!!

It was a very famous case. The mother of Vasundhara Devi was YadugiriDevi.Vasundhara became wayward and had estranged relation with her husband. A divorce was filed in the court. Strangely ,the mother in law Yadugiri Devi sided with her son in law Raman and opined that the custody of the adolescent daughter Vyjayanthimala should be given to her father, in her interest. Consequently, the parents were divorced and Vyjayanthimala always lived with her father and Nani.
Vasundhara Devi was jilted by her lover and lived an unhappy life.
