  • Hi friends, today I want to open the topic about The Zone. It is the moment where everything you do in-game works well and game feels easy. I prepared this researched guide / tutorial to explain how to get into The Zone consistently. This will make you play CS:GO at your best level much more often. It helped me and I am sure it can help others aswell.

Great one, Martin! Psyche and getting into zone is very important when one is doing skillful abilities, playing games, working out, etc. I've noticed that years ago, then found out about the concept and tried to make my own routine before the game. I find out that it is easier to get into zone if I am not playing too little or too much and also not think about getting into zone forcefully. I will definitely try to implement and think more about some stuff you mentioned (f.e. Zone cooldown - I often feel exhausted almost like having a fever after I leave the zone)

Hey, Styko! Thanks for this video. It's really refreshing to see a pro that takes the time out of their day to make a very detailed guide about consistency. Of course, there are other videos too, but I learned that they're not as detailed. The fact that you're a pro with years of experience adds so much more worth to it.

Im really proud of this type of content shows up here in CZSK. Maybe as an concept to your next video you can show how to work with teammates and team mentality at all. I do sometimes feel that I am playing well beyond my normal level - but it often just manifests in enemies act bad and slow.
It also happens to me when I did not warm Up, but I also drop off by a lot in the second half or second map.
Hearing your full perspective on it helps me understanding it better. Next wee I play my first offline Event and the week after we even have a small Bootcamp to compete in a qualifier.

Hey Styko - another great video! I think discussing how you can get yourself out of a slump would be beneficial for a lot of viewers. So often people think the answer is to change settings etc (and I have seen some things that suggest that this isn't as detrimental as its made out to be if you are trying to 'shock' your muscle memory) and then get stuck in this terrible cycle that leads to poorer performances and a deeper slump. Would be interesting to get your take on this. Keep making the great content and gz on the new team.

Yeah, there are definitely talents in-game who dont need to use this knowledge and there also many people who try to use every single advatage just to be on the same level as those talented ones. Proud to be in second group... And love to think about a stuff more deeply. Its nice for scene that someone competent and relevant can introduce this topic to main stream gamers. And for example even if you train 10 hours a day on aim doesnt mean you get better player if you dont challenge yourself enough and dont improve other parts of your life and training. I would love to see this kind of content 15 years ago and then i would be next Styko xd

I think this i relly helpful and needeed. My biggest strugle ingame is my anxiety . like yestoday i played faceit against 5-9 level opponents. in the morning i went around 28 and 10-15. And then when im played in the evning i went something like 8 - 25 for four games in a row. And that is 90 % mental . because in the morning i felt unstopible and then in the evning i started to panic spray every time i saw an enemy. I realised pretty early that i lost alot was because i was panicing so fast i saw an enemy. I was telling myself every round during 4 games to not panic but i still panicd . SO i think i can use the things you described in this video to help me so thanks
