It’s been an amazing trip Kev. T shirts sunburn in January. Just crazy. On our way back now though, through the high mountains - current position in a town at over 3,000ft and there’s Snow on the surrounding hills. Just an incredible difference everywhere you go. My first time here in Spain and can’t wait to get back!
Another great vlog, we enjoy watching people about our age doing road trips in their campers and motorhomes. Years ago it seemed to be more younger ones in their old vw camper, now that has gone the other way or is that the younger ones now older in their motorhomes 😊 still on the road. Keep those vlogs coming, please, and enjoy your trip.

It’s a great record for us as to where we’ve been. We’re also doing lots of first for us. I’ve never been to Spain for example so it’s been so much fun. Have a great rest of the week mate 👍👍

@ My family are originally from NW Spain ( Galicia ) it has fantastic roads, scenery, people and food, the problem is it rains a lot 😂 I personally love travelling in our Camper ( especially in Europe) and can’t wait for our trip in the summer.

@ we travelled through Portugal and Spain last year so this year we are going Spain and home via France. So much more motorhome friendly. Keep up enjoying yourselves 🙂

Cheers - you made it to the narrow lanes of Spain and what looks like an amazing place to stay at (but more about that in your next movie;) And experiencing 14C on the beach in France in January is very different from what you can have in England, so Florrie is really taking you places and giving you experiences! And you have had more than 1500 views in less than one day on this movie and that is also amazing, but well deserved! Thanks Ant. Yes it’s been a pretty “cool” trip so far. Especially as the cold snap in the UK has moved down here. Frost last night!! But the days are warm and sunny. 👍 We’ve both agreed that Spain has just so much to offer. It’s very beautiful and the people are just so open and friendly. And the prices of everything is so much cheaper. A bar owner yesterday wouldn’t charge us for our four drinks as we hadn’t taken a dessert from a 12 Euro three course set menu!! Fuel is around 1:30 per litre - 1:60 in France . So all in all having a great time so far. Hope you’re having a good week in the North. Will try and catch up with vids when our feet hit the ground!!!
@NBNatureTrailvan Frost in the lowlands of Spain-that I did not see coming! But you are used to that, so hopefully it will be warm and cheerful again for you soon! Meanwhile enjoy the food and friendly company:)

@NBNatureTrailvan strange but not surprised. When we were in Scotland, we noticed French tourists were among those who didn't adhere to signage very often.
Like when we were kids travelling to Blackpool ..can we see the Sea yet..yehhhh The Sea.. lol.. love it.. Lost you say, Nehhh.. anywhere you go is lovely,and more scenery.. enjoy guys but please no more singing Dave..haha.. when people say get there quicker it is a long drive..my sarah would drive the van so if 2 driving would be better to ease the tiring day. atb..

Hi guys, love your vids , We left uk via St malo on the 12th Jan and have made it down the east coast of spain, like you mentioned ,we have not seen many Brit vans, We are currently at Mazarron auto campers which we can recomend . We will be moving south from Monday to check out the possibility of hopping over to Morroco but as we have a dog it adds a lot of work to make it happen . I know what you mean about shortening the trips as at our age it is tireing . safe journeys . Ps love the swivel camera set up any chance of a description ? DaveVees_motorhome_travels xx
Such a wonderful country isn’t it. My first time! Love it so much here. Macaron sounds good. On the list for next time as we’re heading North again on Monday 😨 Can’t wait to get back again!! Yes the journey down was tiring - thinking about maybe longer journeys and then a days rest up in between - or maybe the long crossing to Santander. The cameras we use are a dual dash cam which supplies a front and cab view. And then a Gopro which we have on a swivel mount on the windscreen - got that from Amazon I think. You two travel safe and have a brilliant time. Morroco sounds amazing we love following folk who have done that. 👍

Cheers Trev It felt like a tough drive even though we only did it in small steps. Maybe it’s the start stop and we should do longer drives next time. Even considering the long ferry crossing - although I’m not sure Sue is up for that 😃 Really loving the trip though. It’s so good to be out in the van in Europe isn’t it. @ There is merit in reducing the number of stops on route to Spain but the pain then is endured by the longer travel days. I think you found the balance that suited you and you have planned a longer stay at a campsite which will give you rest and recovery time in the warmer climate. There’s no right or wrong and it’s also difficult to predict the weather in winter despite having numerous tools on our phones and laptops to plan the best and safest routes. Enjoy your time in Spain and the beautiful countryside. 😃👍🏻🚐 Trev n Sue
