Cheers mate. No different to UK Kev. Although everyone does seem a bit more cheerful. And there are closed shops all over the outskirts of places Still huge money divides. Beggars outside the Cathedral there, seemed to be being run by a couple of gang masters. 😨

We stayed near Alicante about 15 years ago with our then teenage daughters. All they wanted was the beach! Definitely a visit place on our trip to Spain in 2024
Loved Alicante! Such a cool place to explore. We wished we had stayed longer and we didn’t have time to visit the Castle and its views. Loved the market and just the whole atmosphere of the place. Must go back for longer.

Thanks Rosie. Very kind of you. What a stunning place it is! We loved what we experienced in the short time we had. It was quiet as we were there early. What we learned is that Spain doesn’t seem to move much before 10am! We really have been living the dream! 👍 Love it in Spain so much!!
Ha we did! It’s not a big city centre so we could get around some of the tourist areas quite quickly. But we really wish we could have stayed longer. Such a gorgeous city. Hope you’re well and have a lovely Sunday 👍👍

We got the bus from the campsite. It returned at 12:30 or 6pm. As it was our last night we decided a whistle stop tour was best. Really wished we had stayed longer. Best place we’ve visited on this trip mate
