Gosh Dammmmnnnn! I just love your playing Ralf!! So versatile and tasteful. Great demo, excellent video!! ps, I bought a 7x set a year ago, I love it. Really nice feel and the quality has been great and trouble free.
@@gregmgm06 Thank you Greg ✌️ the 7X is awesome, it is basically the 703X‘s smaller Brother so to say and just as nice to play. Happy drumming, enjoy the Kit & Merry Christmas! 🎄🥁🥂
Ein wirkliches schönes Kit und Deine Präsentation ist wie immer outstanding 🥁👌🏼. Mir hatte das auch gut gefallen beim Testen neulich aber meine Wahl ist dann doch auf das VAD716 gefallen 😊.
@@lucianokozak8585 Hey Lucian, i guess there will Never be anything like a definitive or „one fits all“ Solution for everyone. But for me personally, this one is a beast of a kit 💪✌️
Incredible kit, great sounds outta that module! Great Playing! I know you've probably been asked this question.. but are you no longer with Drum-tec? Cheers and Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays!
I mean. They go all that way to make a nice well rounded hybrid drum set, and yet the cymbals chokes are like hitting the mute button on your TV with zero decay? Running off a TD9 brain? Yikes…
@@eddy.-3619 Sure I am, why do you ask? I think the module has some outstandingly realistic drum sounds (more on the natural / vintage-y side though)- superb playing feel & triggering aside. There's hardly any "mix ready" sounds though, as this is supposed to be treated like an acoustic kit, sending out individual channels for processing. Athough you may disagree / dislike the sounds as they are (sensual perception of sound is subjective anyhow), I think something like "I personally don't like these sounds" would be a much more appropriate comment than "terrible sounds", I personally enjoyed playing almost all of the onbaord kits, and there's plenty of sounds for all kinds of musical genres. If you're after Metal / Hard Rock drums, you'll have to apply some post processing though. Kind regards, Ralf
Love the Grand Vintage 60's kit you opened with. Snare and kick sound really nice. Nice drumming too!
Ralf, love your playing and the kit! I have been using SSD5 with my VAD 504 and I'm really happy with the results.
Dang they finally did it, that head bangers kit is def their best heavy kit theyve ever produced
Efnote is a really good E Kit

@FranklandMusicGroup Thank you, thats Great to hear ✌️🥂 5X is awesome too, enjoy & happy drumming!

This demo was SICK.

Triggers really well, looks awesome, but mimic pro is still ahead in terms of sound 🤷, in my opinion.
Your playing is stellar, though!
