I have had my olfactif box for 2 months now.. my first box (august) i loved them all. I agree with you that September was a miss. Didn't like any of them. Here's the amazing part- i wrote a review mentioning that I wasn't a fan of this months box and the CEO personally emailed me and offered to send me 3 different samples of my choice from the website. I was blown away by that, so I'm a big olfactif fan! Can't wait to get my October box it sounds amazing! 😀
Wow! That’s awesome! I love to read that! Any interaction I have had with them has been incredibly positive, and from interactions I have witnessed on socials. It was still fun to get my nose on those last three. I didn’t mind Cosmic Pepper, but it was a little too masculine for me.
