I love the Atturo brand. Quality doesn't have to break the bank. I have the AZ800 275/40/20 on my charger. I even put the Az610 on the family van. Excellent tire choice. In a few years Atturo will be right up there with the other "name brand" companies. Best stock up while they're cheap people.

was going for the Atturos when shopping around but the cheapest I could find was $303 a tire here in 2022 so I went with the Micky Thompson street comps , I'll see how they do if i don't like them I will shell out for the Atturos, everybody I talk too says they are good.
wow i was right these tires wold catch on and they would charge more for them ... They were a great tire but you also could look in to the Achilles Desert Hawk UHP they would be a better IMO then the Micky Thompson .... this was the last set i put on the car and loved them also for the price i made a video on them ...

Just put them on a C7 305/30/19. I think I need to give them a break in period. My first test drive I just touched the throttle @65 mph and it came unglued. 😵
Yes I had to add spacers. The R/T and SRT cars have a sport tuned suspension. That's why stock on SXTs only come with 17" wheels and hemi owners go to 18" -20". I had a slight rub that would be problematic down the line. I didn't want to ruin Goodyear Super Car F1's. Lol
Thanks I subscribed to yours just now. When I got my charger I join a couple Dodge Facebook pages and one of the other Mopar Brothers told me about the slide rub I would have. I wouldn't have known about it till it was too late.
A week ago I got a set of 265/40R21 for my Ford Edge Sport and I can't say I'm happy. I don't know if they messed up my rims while mounting them but I feel vibration at 50 - 60 miles per hour, even though they seem to be properly balanced. I'll have to go to a different shop and check it out. Another thing that I can't understand is if they are not stable because I feel like the steering is way too sensitive. I replaced some really old and busted Pirellis, so maybe it's a matter of getting used to. My other concern is if the lack of threads is a thing I should be worried about. I'm not into racing or any hardcore stuff. This is my daily car. Any comments would be appreciated.
Agree with the comments on the stock GoodYears. The were garbage and burnt through them in about 17k like you stated. I have Achilles DesertHawks and the are great as well. Atturo will be my next set.
Modern Red Hemi what size you had the Achilles ? Comparing the Achilles to the Arturo's which one u like better in terms of handling and looks in car ?

Getting my Atturo AZ850 275/40/20s mounted & balanced this afternoon. Will let you know how it goes & what I think about their performance once they're on. I'll see if I can send you a pic of my car w/ them on. I also bought 2 Tire Penz & painted the "Atturo" & "AZ850" letters on them. I hear that it's a fad that coming back, but I have ALWAYS been a "white letter tire guy"! Have a good one!

Overall, I wasn't very impressed with the life they gave me. They performed well for some length of time. I did have them on throughout all seasons, and my tire rotation schedule could have been more diligent, so part of their early expiration (imho) is on me. I liked the az850 better they offed the better of the two worlds offering good grip and wet performance... I also got a lot of hard miles out of the az850's

The Tire Penz application was a fail for me on the 1st go 'round. I painted the letters white on all 4 tires BEFORE having them mounted (& inflated). BIG MISTAKE! I thought it would work out well being able to handle putting the tires (w/ no rims) up on the workbench in the (heated) garage to paint the letters before the tires went on my car. Well, that didn't work out so well b/c once the tires were mounted, & more importantly, inflated, the painted cracked everywhere. Sooo, back to the "painting" board. Oh well, live & learn, right?
i put a hard 20,000 miles on them ... let me say again a hard 20,000 miles and many trips to Mexico for burns outs . in normal set of hands these should last at least 30,000 lol great tire for the money

Great video and I too love the Atturo's. I have a 2016 392 and the original Pirelli's were shot after 9k miles. I've got 11K miles on the Atturo's and would buy them again. They actually still look great with plenty of tread. The only one thing I've started to notice is they are getting jumpy while spinning through 2nd gear. I'm not sure if it's because it's been cold out or because they are getting hard from being heat soaked so many times. I'm hoping the wheel hop goes away when the weather warms up. Aside from that I'll be buying another set.
@@srtmanny funny you ask. I traded my beloved SRT in several years ago. The insurance cost just wasn't worth it. But those tires were. I bought a set of the Atturo's for my sons 2008 SRT Challenger for his birthday and he loves them. They really are, in my humble opinion the best of the best.
@@charleshenson4183 I sold that car several years ago. Actually it was the cold weather that caused them to get jumpy...during the warmer months they would spin, grab, and go. During the colder months they would get jumpy. But they were amazing tires!!
I was wondering if these AZ850-275'S would be two wide for my 2009 Charger SXT. I have 2017 Scat Pack wheels (20"×9") . I had to put spacers on the front ( lack of sport tuned as an r/t or srt).I see they make a 255 /55/20 but I don't want a tire that tall.

These are OK. With 315s in the rear and 275s up front on my AWD X5M i still shred them from the light, but for the cost i suppose they are fine. Not great. I have since moved onto more expensive yet stickier rubber.

I have OEM Scat Pack 2017. The Challengers have a different stance from the Chargers. Challengers ate "true" sports cars. I guess Chargers could be categorized as a sports sedan. If you click on my profile or go to my page (wjency3) you can see .

Eurospeed I am in New Jersey but ,there are plenty of good places by you ... I would call around to your local shops and when u pick one visit in person to make sure they have the proper machine ... most will not tell you the truth to get you in there ... expect to pay about 170 for all 4 tires... also make sure they have a load bearing tire balancer not Necessary but its more Accurate Then a regular static balance machine
I recently bought a set of cosmo mucho macho 385$ shipped i will NEVER buy these again they are terrible they dont hook at all and i have a shaking over 90 mph that i never had before rebalanced 2 times at 2 different shops and still shake im done with these stay away i do want to try the atturos though i will go with az800 i live in dallas tx so i dont need to much winter or rain tires for that matter 😬 wish me luck
Problem with these (and probably all cheaper tires) is quality and quality control. They are usually out of round and won't balance well. You may very well find that at 100mph+ they vibrate. This is one reason why cheap tires are... cheap.
I cant speak about other tires but have to Totally disagree when is came to these tires I reviewed I put 20,000 hard miles on them and have multiple triple digit numbers and with zero vibration at that speed This set of tires was not out round when mounted and balanced.. in fact the tire installed used less weights then the factory set up... strange when they mounted my tires i had zero balance issues.. would def take back to installer to have re-balanced or check the run out on the rim

I didn’t know tires could repel nails or attract nails for that matter
some of the softer compound tires will pick up nails and junk easier then the harder compound tires ..

This set of tires was not out round when mounted and balanced.. in fact the tire installed used less weights then the factory set up...
